Sharp copier codes carry their meaning in the suffix. TD marks a combined toner and developer part, as in ZT-50TD1, ZT81TD1 and ZT30TD1, while DR identifies a drum such as ZT30DR or ZT81DR. Getting the suffix right matters more than the model name, since ordering a TD part when the copier needs a drum leaves the fault unresolved.
Sharp Copier and Printer Ranges
The ZT numbers cover Sharp's long running mono copier line. Newer Sharp color machines moved to the MX naming scheme with codes such as MX-50NTBA and MX70NTCA, and Sharp fax machines use UX and FO codes including thermal transfer ribbons. Each of those has its own section here.
